Marketing Specialist – Mobile Payment

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote mobile payment services and increase user growth.
2. Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
3. Manage social media and digital marketing channels to strengthen brand visibility.
4. Work with product and sales teams to design and implement promotions that drive transactions.
5. Support agent and merchant network marketing activities, including events and promotional materials.
6. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, providing optimization recommendations.
Profil du poste
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in mobile payment, fintech, or digital financial services (experience in fast-growing fintech companies is a strong plus).
2. Strong knowledge of customer acquisition, digital marketing, and offline activations.
3. Deep understanding of the Côte d’Ivoire market and consumer behavior.
4. Excellent communication skills in French (English is a plus).
5. Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience in promotion campaign planning.
2. Familiarity with agent networks and merchant partnerships.
3. Background in companies that successfully scaled mobile payment services in Côte d’Ivoire.
Note: we require candidates with prior experience in a mobile money company such as Wave or Orange Money.
